It’s that time of year, again when we’re supposed to reflect upon ourselves and determine what is so utterly wrong and what we should do right.  You’ve done it – New Year’s Resolutions.  So have I.  Do they work?  Maybe.  Sometimes.  Sure they do.  But if they really, really worked – would you need them the following year?  It’s a cycle we like putting ourselves through not necessarily only on annual basis but on a continual basis.  If we have nothing to fix, then that’s something to fix!  Funny.  I guess I’m in a philosophical mood.  (What’s the sound of one hand clapping?)

As much as I don’t want to admit it, I really need to establish a set of goals specific to this blog.  It’s kind of turned into my aimless ramblings, which could be fine actually.  I just need to determine where I’m going with it and what my intentions are for sharing it with everyone else are.  I know I don’t have the stamina to find news articles; Kerry and Diana do a wonderful job of that already.  Migraine Chick‘s pictures are funny and very insightful when trying to understand the nature of migraine psychosis.   I wonder if blogs typically have a mission statement or is that too anal?  My original intention was to have this be an open journal and it’s sort of like that.

We’ll see where this leads.  Probably nowhere in the short term just because I know I’m not looking to upset the balance of the cosmos.  :)  For the two of you reading my blog, check out Twitter; I keep up with more daily crap on there.  It’s kind of an on-demand blog.

You’re so sweet. It’s always nice to hear that someone thinks you’re doing a good job. 🙂

I read some informative blogs about blogging. That sounds funny, but I’ve learned a lot of useful information about how to build a better site.

Here are some that I especially like:
