Well, even though my daffodils have bloomed, we’re back to 32 degrees and snow flakes coming down.  What strange weather.  It’s playing hell with my body; I keep getting the feeling I’m getting sick but then it goes away.

Life continues to be busy, but I’m still okay with that.  I’m going to be traveling starting the end of this month for work.  I will most likely be working a 10-day, 4-day off sequence at least twice in a row.  I’m going out to South Carolina to work on implementing a project for work.  I won’t be the first person out, but I’m sure going to have my work cut out for me.  This also is going to be a big indicator if I want a job that requires 25% travel.  Nuff about that.

At home we’ve been cleaning things out.  I strung a rope light in what we affectionitaly call “scary corner.”  For years we’ve struggled with bad lighting in this little section of the basement that is great to stow things in.  It’s like I drank a bottle of stupid – swearing all the time that I couldn’t find something back there.  Now after stringing the lights up, it’s finally less scary.  These are the things that entertain me.

This past week has been weird with my headaches.  On more than one occasion I had a headache that wouldn’t go away with Tylenol or ibuprofen.  I may consider trying naproxen sodium again to see if that’s an option.  I hope this lull in the headaches last since I’ve been able to have a somewhat normal life again.  I was okay in Texas, which wasn’t a shock.  New locations usually prove to be helpful for my condition.

I apologize for not posting a lot lately.  A lot of things have taken a lower priority and the blog is one of them.  It’s still a tool for me to vent but I haven’t had to vent a lot recently.  I don’t like to post just to post but I want to stay active at least once a week.

I know there’s a reason you don’t take triptans… remind me?
