I’m kind of enjoying doing different things every week now.  My old routines are broken, of course I’ll start creating new ones.  I’ve been walking more at lunch instead of being a big slug.   Taking the bus helps with getting my butt out of bed and keep it from dragging.  If I miss the bus, the next one makes me late for sure.  I’ve been finding getting up is easier in the morning too.

Tazz and I spent Sunday evening at my parents’ house.  My mom made a steak dinner with tater tots and peas.  This is the official “birthday dinner” in my family.  Funny how it stuck with us all these years.  We ended up bring our dog with us and spent the whole afternoon and evening there.  My mom made a big fire in the back yard and we watched falling stars all evening.  It was so much fun to just relax and do stuff you’d want to do as a kid.

I did get one knocker of a headache right after dinner.  I took some Excedrin and it eventually went away.  It was bad enough to make both of my eyes tear up and I had to sit in their house for a while.  I also didn’t want to yark up my parents’ dinner they cooked for me as I figured that would be a little tacky.
