Lately I’ve been having weird sensations in my eyes. For example, I’ll be at work looking at papers, the computer, other people and my eyes will start to hurt. It feels like they dry out, turn to stone, and then split in two. Well, maybe not that severe, but it’s noticable. I guess I had associated this sensation with Topamax but it probably isn’t.

I do need to get an update prescription for my eyes in the near future. I had dropped my vision insurance through work because the actual benefits, after the premium, was around $30/year. I can get a vision check through an ophthalmologist (Eye MD) every two years. Glasses would be up to me but there are plenty of sales going on and I have a big flexible spending account to use. I’m making it my goal to not use the FSA for my medical deductible this year; hopefully I don’t need another EGD or MRI.

I cannot wait to graduate this May. I’m running on low every day and I want to spend more time with photography and doing fun stuff with Tazz.  Getting my BS also means I can look for a better job too.  My boss keeps telling me that he still has me in mind for this open position in my department but they have to keep interviewing for the “perfect fit.”  Mind you, I could have been trained starting back in November and I would be the perfect fit.  Dumb.  I work at a non-profit so everything here is upside bass ackwards down.

I’m finally eating something today.  I got a wonderful veggie sub from Jimmy John’s on whole wheat bread.  I’m in heaven.  Lots of fresh veggies and yummy cheese.  I feel like a blimp.  🙂 🙂

From someone who works in the Optomitry field…. GO GET YOUR EYES CHECKED!!!!

lol, sorry about that out burst. I do know that since I have got my new perscription my headaches have not stopped, but they have gotten somewhat better. Well, better as in, I now just get my regular daily headaches, without “eye strain” headaches on top of that.

Have a great day! 🙂
