A friend of Tazz mentioned that a lot of people can trigger cluser headaches and migraines by being dehydrated or low on protein. She said that upon feeling a headache, drink water and try to eat something with protein in it like meat or peanuts. I did that today during lunch and my headache slowly went away without any drugs.
Whether or not this was psychosomatic I could care less. I’m going to continue trying this little trick and we’ll see where I get at. The one thing that made me listen to this bit of trickery is when I was doing Atkins, I was without headaches. Atkins is all about lots of water and protein. hmmmmm
