I’m back at work today. The weekend, while still only two days, seemed to go much slower than normal. I like when that happens. I’ve been very busy lately with school, my full time job, photography, and being co-assistant district manager for Avon with my partner. I did some paid work this past Saturday morning taking pictures of a coworker’s artwork.  She’s trying to sell it through a place called ZApp.  The images have to be in a certain format/size/color space.  It’s fun but I wish I had more time to do it full time.  I think I just spread myself too thin!

The headaches were manageable this weekend.  I think they are in fact back in the chronic category, occuring every day practically.  I think I had my entire head covered in Tiger Balm last night to help ease the pain.  Tylenol does nothing anymore which concerns me.  I used to be able to take a single 500mg pill and be good for an entire day.  Ibuprofen seems to be the same; nothing under 3 pills.  I need to make the time to see my neurologist soon.  I keep saying it but I should just call.  I just hate thinking about going through samples again to find something that is a better fit.  Fun.

Hey Artin,

Tylenol and Advil do nothing for me either. My headache specialist said Aleve (naproxen sodium) is the most effective. She said to always take two to start. Hope this helps. Love your blog – keep up the good work.

hey sweetie. Yeah, I use Aleve too. I still think you should be on an Omega oil series-it seems to help a lot when taken regularly.Evening primrose too.
Prevention has done wonders for me.
Love you!
