I’ve always know about caffeine killing headaches so my coffee has been a tool of pain prevention in the morning. I’m at a point where I think that maybe I’m overdoing it with the caffeine and it’s affecting when I get the headaches. With the combination of coffee, Excedrin, and Diet Mountain Dew throughout the day, I’m always jacked up on this legal drug.

I remember when I first got these headaches I went without caffeine (or very little) for over two weeks. Nothing really happened, but I suppose it’s cumulative. I should read more about it. Caffeine seems like a paradox; it can cause and kill headaches.

Of course I could just get an IV drip and be done with it.

Artin,

I just ran across your blog today. I suffer with migraines too and am on disability due to them.

Welcome to the club, though I wish it was under different circumstances…
