Recently I’ve been taking Melatonin at night to help with my sleep. I’m favoring this over-the-counter solution for sleep instead of taking Trazodone, an anti-depressant. The Melatonin seems to be helping; if anything my dreams are much more vivid and I remember them easier in the morning. More sleep has also appeared to decrease the headaches and/or made them less severe. My neurologist tried this solution once before and it didn’t work. I think I just didn’t give it enough time….
