Recently I’ve been taking a Yoga class and all I can say is wow. I can touch my toes without me wanting to scream loudly! I’m in a “plus size” yoga group because I didn’t want the high-intensity workout-type to make me uncomfortable to start with something. It’s great, actually. I feel awesome after class and I find myself not being achy from day to day things. Who knows if it helps my headaches but we do a lot of inversion exercises which can’t hurt.

I suggest to everyone to take a few classes, it’s not just stretching.

Today is Friday, and I welcome it with open arms. I’m going to a Halloween party tomorrow with my partner and a number of friends. I think it is going to be a lot of fun! I’ll have to fit homework somewhere in there 🙂
